Ghazal Farahmand is a fourth-year Biomedical Sciences student with a strong interest in health, research, and community engagement. She is an executive member of Lab2Life, a student organization dedicated to exploring diverse health-related pathways beyond traditional medical careers. In this role, she helps organize initiatives that introduce students to opportunities in research, public health, and other science-driven fields.

Ghazal also volunteers at CHEO, where she supports patients and families in a clinical environment. Through her academic and extracurricular experiences, she has developed a strong appreciation for empathy, collaboration, and expanding access to knowledge. She is motivated to contribute to initiatives that promote inclusivity, mentorship, and meaningful impact in healthcare and science.
